No. All Sucikarman products are custom-made exclusively for you. Because each piece is crafted after your order with your specific color, embroidery, and size — we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production begins (within 24 hours of payment). Our total delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of order. This includes 1–2 days for processing, 4–6 days for crafting and embroidery, and 1–2 days for dispatch. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
For Women's Tops, we offer S, M, L, XL, and XXL. For Kids T-Shirts, we offer 1–2 yrs, 3–4 yrs, 5–6 yrs, and 7–8 yrs. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements before ordering.
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@sucikarman.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Use subject line: "Damage Claim — [Your Order ID]". We'll review and process a replacement or refund within 7 business days of approval.

Once all three are chosen, add to cart and checkout. Your piece will be crafted exactly as you specified.
